Existing Employees and Retirees: Your username is your 6-digit Employee ID followed by @us.loreal.com (example: 123456@us.loreal.com)
New Hires (after Dec 1): Your username is your L'Oréal Pass ID followed by @us.loreal.com (example: OAID90012353@us.loreal.com). This ID will not change. You can also find your L'Oréal Pass ID by navigating to One Profile ->Employee files-Personal Information - Biographical Information - L'Oréal Pass ID.

After submitting your username, check your email for the password reset link.
